三相流化床催化氧化法处理含氰废水 被引量:1

Treating Cyanide-Containing Waste Water of Catalytic Oxidation Progress with Draft-Tube Three-Phase Fluidzed Bed

摘要 本文在初报的基础上改进了三相流化床(GLSFB)的结构,深入研究其操作特性,确立了工作条件。GLSFB处理含氰废水吸附和催化氧化速度加快,处理效率显著提高。与固定床、膨胀床相比较,处理容量分别增大31.6%、7%。分布板的合理设计提高了空气中氧的利用率。吸附饱和的活性炭可在床内动态再生。 The structure of draft-tube three-phase fluidzed bed was improved and its operational characteristic was studied furtherly as well as its work condition which was determined on the base of previous study in this paper. The velodty of the adsorption and catalytic oxidation for treating cyaniderate/containing waster with the drafttube three-phase fluidzed bed was raised. The treating efficiency was also raised. The treating capability was increased 31.6% and 7% compared with the fixed and expanded, respectively. The reasonable design of the distribution plate enhanced the utilization ratio of oxidation in air. The granular activated carbon of adsored saturation can be produced again in the bed.
