摘要
本文从高分子科学理论出发,结合聚酯亚胺漆包线漆的结构与性能,运用适度交联理论探讨了聚酯胺漆包线漆的耐冷冻剂性和结构的关系及影响耐冷冻剂性的各种因素。电子显微技术和富里叶红外光谱的测试分析结果也说明了上述关系。
In this paper, applying the theory of proper crosslinking based on polymer science and structure-property relationships of polyesterimide(PEI)varnish for enamelled wire, We have discussed the relationship between refrigerant-resisting property of wire and PEI enamel film structure with this theory, and other factors related to refrigerant-resisting property haye been discussed in details. Furthermore, Enamel film structure has been investigated by SEM and FT-IR and the resolutions are agreed with the above-mentioned.
