摘要
采用固态烧结的方法制备了一系列稀土锰氧化物La1-xNaxMnO3多晶样品,研究了不同成分样品的微结构,磁电阻和居里温度等性质,并对实验结果进行了定性讨论。
A series of polycrystalline samples of La1-xNaxMnO3 was prepared through solid state reaction processing in air. The microstructure, giant magnetoresistance and Curie temperature of the samples have been studied. The theory of effecting of lattice on the doped LaMnO3 was used, phenomenologically, to provide a qualitative explanation to the experiment results.
