摘要
研究了在稀H2 SO4介质中 ,Zn2 + 催化H2 O2 氧化邻苯三酚红的褪色反应。借此建立了测定痕量锌的催化光度法。方法的线性范围为 0~ 0 5 0 μg/ 2 5mL ,检测限为 2 8× 10 - 1 1 gZn2 + /mL。该法的灵敏度高 ,重复性好 ,用于测定人发中痕量锌时 ,结果满意。
In the medium of dilute H 2SO 4, the fading reaction of pyrogallol red is oxdized by H 2O 2, which can be catalyzed by Zn 2+ has been studied. A new method for the catalytic spectrophotometric determination of trace zinc has been developed. The linear range is 0-0.50μg Zn 2+ /25mL and the detection limit is 2.8×10 -11 g/mL. The proposed method has high sensitivity and good repeatability and has been used to determine trace zinc in human hair with satisfactory results.
