摘要
我国分析测试体系应包括分析测试方法体系、分析测试方法的评价体系以及分析测试用标准样品体系。逐步建立一系列包括各领域系统的分析测试技术和方法。形成强大的分析测试方法资源库。逐步建立各领域分析测试技术、方法和数据的科学检定评价方法 ;建立各类分析测试案例及图谱库 ;建立全国分析测试实验比对系统。通过实验比对达到对分析测试技术、方法、数据、实验室以及分析测试人员自检评价的目的 ,并形成实验室自校系统。从而保障分析测试数据的可靠性。根据轻重缓急逐步完善各类标准物质系列 ,形成我国的标准物质资源库。
The analytical system in China should consist of method system, appraisal system and reference materials system. A series of analytical techniques and methods in different fields should be established gradually. A powerful resource storage of analytical methods will be constructed. An appraisal system consists of a series of appraisal methods of analytical technique, analytical methods and determination data, different storage on analysis case and atlases, and analysis verification system. A lab self checking system will be formed. Analysts can self check the techniques, methods and dada by the analysis verification system. So that the reliability of analysis data can be ensured. According to the concrete requirement a series of the different kinds of reference materials will be perfected gradually and the resource storage of reference materials will be formed.
