摘要
钨渣经硫酸浸出， P204、 TBP和煤油萃取，碱反萃、盐酸溶解，草酸沉淀，灼烧成粗氧化钪。其提纯是经除钙、锆、 PMBP和苯萃取 RE等杂质以及草酸沉淀等纯化过程。按以上提纯流程用高纯试剂处理两次，可使产品纯度 Sc2O3 >99． 99％。
Tungsten slags are leached with H2SO4,extracted with P204.TBP and paraffin,followed by alkalistripping,HCl dissolution,oxalic acid precipitation and ignition to obtain crude scandium oxide.Its refinement process covers removal of calcium,Zirconium,PMBP and RE impuritces from C6H6 extraction and oxalic acid frecipitation.Based on the above circuit,the crude scandium oxide is treated twice with high－ purity reagent to obtain Sc2O3 >99． 99％ .
