摘要
研究了闪锌矿常压酸浸制取硫酸锌的除铁工艺 ,实验结果表明 ,闪锌矿酸浸液经过滤 ,调节溶液pH值为 1 5~ 2 0 ,控制温度在 90℃以上 ,加入NH+4以及少量活性炭 ,同时通氧气 ,反应 4h ,通过生成黄钾铁矾可以初步除去溶液中的铁 ;过滤分离黄钾铁矾 ,控制溶液温度为 80~ 85℃ ,pH值为 4,再加双氧水溶液深度氧化除铁 ,氧化 4h ,除铁率大于 99% ,溶液中最终铁离子浓度低于 0 0 1g L。
A technology of iron removal from acid removal from acid leaching liquid of zinc blende has been studied. The acid leaching liquid is filtered and controlled in the rage 1.5 [similar to] 2.0. Prelimary iron-removal from the acid leaching liquid can be achieved using the method for producing jarosite under the following conditions: temperature of above 90°C, addition of a few activated carbon and oxygen and reaction time of 4 hrs. Jarosite is separated by filtration. At 80 [similar to] 85 °C and pH = 4, further iron-removal can be achieved by adding hydrogen peroxide to the liquid. After reaction for 4 hrs, the iron-removal rate is 99% and the content of iron in the final solution is below 0.01 g/L.
