摘要
在发展知识经济走在前列的美国 ,其经济周期出现了与以往大为不同的特点 :经济复苏期延长 ;周期性特征淡化 ;经济扩展期呈现出“双低一稳”。造成美国新经济周期变化的原因主要是 :信息产业取代传统制造业成为经济的主导产业 ;知识经济时代的柔性化、智能化生产方式使物质生产部门的固定资产更新方式发生了重大变化 ;信息传输网改变了商品、货币与劳动力等要素的流动方式 ;高新技术与信息产业大大提高了劳动生产率 。
In nineties the business cycle of U.S.A is completely different from traditional economic cycle: (1) The period of economic recovery becomes longer and longer. (2) The features of business cycle fades out. (3) In the course of economic growth, low inflation rate and low interest and steady growth speed exist at the same time. The business cycle of the U.S.A becomes irregular because: (1) Information industry has replaced traditional manufacturing and become chief industry. (2) In knowledge economic period, the style of soft and intelligent production affects the pattern of renewal of fixed assets. (3) With information network being built, it affects the pattern of commodity circulation and currency circulation. (4) Advanced technology and information industry sharply enhance the efficiency of labor production and lower inflation rate.
