摘要
在知识经济时代 ,图书馆是知识创新的重要环节 ,因此 ,图书馆员应具备与之相适应的素质 ,必须掌握现代信息管理及传播技术 ,同时还应具备多学科知识 ,并要求图书馆员不断的进行自我知识更新和具有高度的信息意识 。
During the intellect economic period the library plays an very important role in intellect innovation. Therefore, the liberians should possess the correlated qualities. They should master advanced information management and dissemination technology. They should get the knowledge of varied fields as well. To be a qualified liberian in the intellect society, one should renew the knowledge continuously and be fully aware of information.
