摘要
现行医药卫生体制存在卫生资源配置不合理、医疗费用增长过快、公立医疗机构缺乏活力、卫生资源利用效率不高 ,药品监管工作亟待加强等问题。针对以上问题 ,本文提出了我市城镇医药卫生体制改革的主要内容与原则建议。
The current medical and health system is filled with such problems as the unreasonable distribution of health resources, the over-rapid increase of medical treatment fees, the lack of vitality in public medical institutions, the low efficiency of the utilization of health resources and the inadequate medicine inspections. In regard to these problems, this paper makes some suggestions on the main content and principles of the reform of Beijing’s medical and health system.
