摘要
该文认为 ,作为二战后资本主义国家中经济发展最快的国家 ,日本经济得以快速发展的最重要原因在于其宏观经济管理的成功 ;而日本政府合理的机构设置、健全的人事制度、得力的咨询组织和完善的协调机制则从体制上为其宏观经济管理的成功提供了重要保证。
The reason why Japanese Economy developed quickly after the Second World War was that Japanese Government regulated its macro economy successfully,and its proper organizational arrangements,perfect personnel administration,competent advisory bodies and complete coordinating mechanism offered the institutional guarantee for its regulating macro economy successfully.
