摘要
通过对国内外工业固体废弃物资源化政策法规的分析研究 ,结合山西省实际情况 ,在强化管理、经济政策及法规标准等方面提出了煤矸石、粉煤灰资源化的体系及具体内容 。
Based on analysis of policy and lows and regulatious about making use of industrial solid waste home and abroad, and combined with Shanxi actual situation, the system and concrete contents of making use of mine waste and coal cinder and ash resources are put forward from the aspects of strengthening management,economic policy and the standard of laws and regulations, which may be referred to draw up local laws and regulations.
