摘要
用指数曲线、双曲线和抛物线拟合方法,研究了棉尘症患病率和纯棉总尘浓度的关系。发现指数曲线的方程式拟合最佳。据此推算车间棉尘浓度卫生标准。若把棉尘症患病率控制在6%,接触棉尘工人连续工作25~30年,棉尘的卫生标准订为1~2 mg/m^3较为安全;若患病率控制在8%,则棉尘浓度标准应为3~4mg/m^3。
The relationship between prevalence of byssinosis and dust concentration by the methods of exponential curve, hyperbola and parabola fitting was studied. After a lot of calulation and comparisons, the best equation which used to estimate the standard concentration of dust was the equation of exponential curve fitting. Supposing the prevalence is 8% and workers have served in the cotton mill for 30 years continuously, the better and greater safe standard at the level of 3-4 mg/m^3 was suggested. That is the most effective measure to protect the health of the cotton textile workers.
