摘要
孤岛、孤东浅层气藏是位于济阳坳陷沾化凹陷的两个地质条件类似的气藏 ,也是胜利油田最大的两个浅层气藏。本文简要介绍了这两个气藏的主要地质特征 ,论述了开发中的主要异同 ,并指出了浅层气藏开发中应该注意的一些问题。孤岛浅层气藏的主要做法是 :利用半报废的油井或注水井转为气井、高采气速度、后期防砂、开采末期进行了精细气藏描述。与地质条件相对较好的孤岛浅层气藏相比 ,孤东浅层气藏在气藏采收率、气井利用率等方面的整体开发效果得到了明显提高。分析其原因主要在于以下 6个方面 :1 地质基础工作扎实 ;2 气藏工程设计细致、求实 ;3 初期运用了先期防砂等新型采气工艺技术 ;4 中后期及时采用了经济、有效的排水采气等一系列措施 ;5 开发方案跟踪工作深入 ,不断进行调整挖潜 ;6
Gudao and Gudong shallow gas reservoirs are located in the Zhanhuo Seg of Jiyang Depression. They have similar geological conditions, being the two biggest shallow gas reservoirs in Shengli Oil Field. In the paper, the principal geological characteristics of the two reservoirs are briefly introduced, their major similarities and differences in development are discussed and some problems that should be paid to in shallow gas reservoir development are pointed out. The chief methods used for Gudao shallow gas reservoir development are: to transfer the semi-abandoned oil wells and/or water injection wells into gas wells, to adopt a high gas production rate and later sand control technique, and to make a fine gas reservoir description in the last production stage. The overall development effectiveness, such as ultimate gas reservoir recovery factor and gas well utilization efficiency, etc., of Gudong reservoir is much better than that of Gudao reservoir with relatively fair geological conditions. The major reasons are the following six aspects as (1) carrying out a fine basic geological research; (2) having a reasonable gas reservoir engineering design; (3) applying some new gas recovery techniques, as initial sand control technique, etc., in the early stage; (4) adopting a series of well stimulation, as the economic and effective drainage gas recovery, etc., in the mid-later stage; (5) timely supervising the enforcement of the development plan and unceasingly revising and improving it; and (6) introducing modernized production management methods as A-B-C-management, etc.
