摘要
以与左心室造影相对照的方式，采用经食管心脏超声技术检测了１００例心脏病患者左心室功能参数。结果表明，经食管心脏超声测定的左心室短轴切面周径缩短分数、左心室长轴切面容积或射血分数均与左心室造影结果相符（Ｐ＞０．０５），且与患者临床心功能状态有良好相关性（ｒ分别为－０．８１，－０．９１，－０．８７，Ｐ均小于０．０１）．结果表明：经食管心脏超声为可靠的左心室功能评价措施之一，无创伤，可连续或重复监测为其优点。
The left ventricular functions of 100 patients with heart diseases were studied by transesophageal ultrasonic echocardiography.Twenty-five of the patients underwent left ventricular angiography simultaneously as controls.The results showed that the circumferential shortening fraction of the left ventricular short axis,the volume of the section of the left ventricular long axis and the ejection fraction all tallied with the paramenters calculated by the angiography(P>0.05)and also correlated well with the clinical cardiac function(r=-0.81.-0.91,-0.87,P<0.01,individually).Our conclusion is that transesophageal echocardiography is one of the reliable methods for evaluation of the left ventricular function,which is noninvasive and can be continually and repeatedly used for monitoring.
