摘要
随机扩增多态性 DNA技术 ( RAPD)是在 PCR基础上建立起来的遗传分析方法 ,因其具有简便、经济、快速等优点 ,显示出潜在的应用前景。本文就影响 RAPD分析的因素 。
Random amplified polymorphic DNA( RAPD) isa kind of approach for genetic analysis.Due to its advantages of simplicity,economy and rapidity,RAPD has proved to be useful in a wide variety of applications.In this review,some essential factors that mightaffectthe resultof RAPD,and detection of laboratory animal genetic diversity as well as etiological organism using this analysis are introduced.
