摘要
骨缺损修复材料的研究是近百年来的热点课题之一。近年来 ,脱矿骨和羟基磷灰石作为骨缺损修复材料的研究 ,已取得较大进展 ,且已应用于临床 ,但两种材料存在各自的性能缺陷 ,使其应用的广泛性受到限制。本文对于这两种材料的近期研究进展加以汇总 ,以期有助于理想植骨材料的进一步研究。
The study of bone graft substitute was a hot point in recent one hundred years. Recently the research work on demineralized bone graft substitutes and hydroxyapatite bone graft substitutes had made great progress. Although these two materials had been used in clinics, their using ranges were limited by their property defects. In this paper, the auther reviewed the research work of these two materials developing recently in order to help for further study in this field. [
