双偶氮化合物酸性偶合反应的动力学研究 被引量:1

摘要 以对氨基苯乙烯砜硫酸酯(对位酯)与1-氨基-8-羟基-萘-3,6-二磺酸(H酸)为对象,研究了它们间的酸性偶合反应过程,并对之加以反应动力学的处理。结果表明:1)该反应在动力学上是一个二级反应。当pH=3.25时,反应活化能为9.29kJ。15℃时,反应半衰期为0.541min。2)当pH<3.25,温度在5~15℃时,反应产物单一。给出了pH和温度影响酸性偶合反应速度常数的关系式。 An acidic coupling reaction between p-(-sulphatocthyl-sulphonyl) aniline es-ter and 1-amino-8-hydroxyl-naphthy1-3,6-disulfuric acid was studied. The results obtainedshow that 1 ,it is a second order reaction,the reaction activation energy is 9.29kJ and thehalf-life is 0.541 min at pH=3.25.2,only one product of the reaction could be found at pH<3.25 between 5 and 15℃. The relationship among the rate constants,pH and temperaturewas given.
