硝苯地平治疗高血压后血浆内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽的变化

摘要 目的 硝苯地平降压治疗对血浆内皮素 (ET)和降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)水平的影响。 方法  31例原发性高血压 (EH)患者口服硝苯地平控释片 40 m g/ d× 14,用放射免疫法直接测定治疗前后的血浆 ET和 CGRP水平。 结果  EH患者血浆 ET水平明显高于对照组 (85 .6± 2 1.0对 42 .1±2 0 .3pg/ m l,P<0 .0 0 1) ;CGRP水平明显低于对照组 (2 3.0± 8.1对 5 5 .4± 17.8pg/ ml,P<0 .0 0 1)。舒张压与 ET水平呈正相关 (r=0 .5 30 2 ,P<0 .0 0 1) ,ET与 CGRP呈弱的负相关 (r=0 .370 7,P<0 .0 0 5 )。治疗后 ,血压和 ET水平明显下降 (P均 <0 .0 0 1) ,CGRP水平呈显著增高 (P<0 .0 0 1)。 结论 硝苯地平是一种有效的降压药 ,它通过调节 EH时多种血管活性多肽之间的平衡关系 ,对器官具有重要保护作用。 Objective To investigate plasma levels of endothelin(ET) and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) before and after the tratement of nifedipine in patients with essential hypetension. Methods 31 patients with essential hypertension were given slow-released nefedipine 40mg once daily in 14 days.Plasma levels of ET and CGRP were measured by radiommunoassay before and after 2 weeks of the treatment with nifedipine. Results Before the treatment,essential hypertensive subjects compared with comtrol group the level of ET was higher(85 6±21 0vs42 1±20 3pg/ml,P<0 001) and the level of CGRP was lower(23 0±8 1vs55 4±17 8pg/ml,P<0 001).And the high degree of diastolic pressure was correlated with the plasma level of ET(r=0 5302,P<0 001). Conclusion These results suggest that ET and CGRP may be involved in pathogenesis of essential hypertension.Nifedipine has an important role in pretecting organs via the regulation of levels of ET and CGRP.
