摘要
目的 :研究《素问·奇病论》“厥逆”一证动物模型的制造。方法 :将Sakai在大白鼠脑闩左下方1mm处注射青霉素G钾的方法改为在第一颈椎棘突左上方约 1mm处注射 ;药物筛选方法分试验药物为大、中、小 3个剂量组 ,对照组设模型组、蒸馏水组及对照药物组进行实验对照。结果 :模型获得成功 ,效果好。结论
Objective:To Set up an animal model of the Faint with Cold limbs which was studied in \!Plain Questions.Treatise on Extraordinary diseases.\'Method:Sakai's method of penicilline G Kalium injection at the position which is 1～2 millimeters to left and inferior to the head of the rat was shifted to injection at the position which is 1 millimeters to left and superior to the spinous process of the first cervical vertebra.The test medicine was divided into large dose group,mediate dose group,and small dose group.Control groups include model group,distillated water group and controlled medicine group.Result:Animal model was successfully set up.Conclusion:The medicine verified by this animal model and method is reliable.
