摘要
目的 总结扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗股骨骨折的经验。方法 用扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗股骨闭合性骨折 13例。结果 平均随访时间 12 6个月 ,骨折平均愈合时间 4 6个月 ,没有发生骨不连、深部感染、髓内钉及锁钉折断。结论 用该方法治疗股骨骨折对软组织损伤小、骨折愈合快。
Objective To summarize experience on treatment of fractures of the femur with reamed locked intramedullary nail. Methods 13 cases of closed fractures of femur were treated with reamed intramedullary nail. Results Average follow up was 12 6 months,it was found that all fractures eventually achieved union within an average of 4 6 months.No patients had ununion, deep infection and implant failure. Conclusion The operative method has advantages of minimal tissue trauma,quicker union and lower rate of infection.
