摘要
目的 了解复方丹参注射液对慢性乙肝血清HA的影响。方法 慢性乙肝随机分为治疗组 40例 ,对照组 30例 ,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加复方丹参注射液 ,比较两组治疗前后HA及肝功能变化。结果 治疗组HA下降A/G升高均优于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,TBil和ALT也下降明显(P <0 0 5 )。结论 复方丹参注射液能有效抑制肝纤维化发生 ,改善肝功能。
AIM To investigate the effects of compound DANSHEN injection on serum Hyalurouronic acid (HA) in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. METHODS We casually selected 40 patients as the treatment group, and 30 patients as the comparing group. Both groups were given the same treatment. While the former was treated by injecting compound DANSHEN injection(20 ml, qd, iv), in addition. This we can compare the levels of HA and liver function(the total bilirubin, A/G and ALT) before and after compound DANSHEN injection were examined. RESULTS In the group of therapy, serum HA was significantly reduced and A/G was elevated ( P<0 01) . The levels of total bilirubin and ALT were also reduced ( P<0 05) . CONCLUSION Compound DANSHEN injection was effective antihepatofibrotic agent. The liver function was significantly improved. Serum HA is a sensitive marker in disagnosing hepatic fibrosis.
