摘要
用气相色谱 -质谱 -计算机联用分析技术研究罗勒油的化学成分 ,以 OV- 1 0 1石英毛细管柱共分离出 42个峰 ,鉴定出其中的 37个化学成分 ,占总挥发油的 98.95%。
The chemical component of the essential oil of Ocimum basilicum has been studied by GC-MS-DS. Thirty-seven constituents have been identified from forty-two separated peaks. They make up to 98 95% of total oils.
