摘要
目的 :比较子宫切除术的两种麻醉方法的效果。方法 :10 0例子宫切除患者随机分成两组 ,A组用腰麻复合硬膜外麻醉 ,B组作为对照组 ,采用硬膜外麻醉。将两种方法进行比较。结果 :和硬膜外麻醉相比 ,腰麻复合硬膜外麻醉诱导时间及手术时间明显缩短 ,术中硬膜外用药量显著减少且血压下降相差不大。结论 :腰麻复合硬膜外麻醉在子宫切除术中效果较好 ,是一种比较安全实用方法。
Objective To compare the efficacy of combined spinal-epiducal anaesthesia(CSEA).With the epidural anaesthsia (EA) in hystezectomy.Methods One hundred cases undergoing hysterectomy were randomly divided into two groups:A with CSEA and B.with EA as Compare with each other.Results Comparing with EA,CSEA had less inducing period and operation time,and less dosage of anesthetic used during the operation than EA.Conclusion CSEA is better and safer method than the EA in hysterectomg.
