摘要
目的 :分析医源性子宫内膜异位症的病因 ,探讨手术处理方法和预防措施。方法 :对 14例医源性子宫内膜异位症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :14例医源性子宫内膜异位症经手术治疗 ,全部彻底治愈 ,随访无 1例复发。结论 :宜早期诊断 ,及早手术治疗 ,病灶切除务必彻底 ,此为首选治疗方法。
Objective To analyse the cause of iatrogenic endometriosis and to investigate operative treatment and preventive measures.Methods The clinical data of the 14 iatrogenic endometriosis patients was analysed in a retrospective way.Results All the cases were surgically treated and cured.The follow-up showed there was no recurrence.Conclusion Early diagnosis and operative treatment should be performed .The treatment of choice is thorough focal excision.
