摘要
目的 :为了提高新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的抢救成功率 ,分析、总结近三年来收治的 40例新生儿缺氧缺血性及病经综合治疗取得满意效果的治疗经验。结果 :轻度病例 8例 ,显效 7例 ,有效 1例 ;中度 2 4例 ,显效 8例 ,有效 15例 ;重度8例 ,有效 5例 ;总有效率 90 %。结论 :缺氧缺血性脑病的治疗是一个综合过程 ,必须环环把关 。
In order to raise the successful rate of rushing to save the New-born baby's HIE,We have analyzed and summed up the experience of the satisfying efficacy which we had obtained in curing 40 cases of the New-born baby's HIE Since three years ago by synthesizing to cure them Results:24middle cases,eight cases had clear efficacy and 15 cases had efficacy;eight serious cases,five cases had efficacy;the total efficacy is 90% Conclusion:The remedy of HIE is a synthetic course,so in order to raise the successful rate of rushing to save it We must guard the passes circle by circle [
