摘要
目的 :探讨因部位特殊或巨大血管瘤的治疗方法 ;方法 :激素局部注射和 /或联用全身隔日口服治疗 ,或兼用局部硬化剂、手法切除等方法 ;结果 :非手法基本治愈 30例 ,占 85 % ,待瘤体缩小后中转行手术治愈 5例 ,占 15 % ;结论 :激素治疗血管瘤是一种行之有效的方法 。
Objective:Inquiring into the methods of treating the specical parts or big haemangioma;Methods:Local hormone injection or the treatment of taking the medicine every two days all over the body or using local sclerosis resection drug and operation;Results:Curing 30 Cases generally without operation The cure rate is eighty five per cent,By transitional operation,curing 5 cases after the haemangioma becomes smaller The cure rate is fifteen per cent;Conclusion:The hormone treatment of haemangioma is effective It can also be applied in the cases appeatance damage caused by operation resction and functional blockade [
