摘要
目的 :观察光敏树脂修复前牙列稀疏的临床效果。 方法 :用此法修复 116名前牙稀疏患者 ,观察 0 .5年～ 6年 ,并简析操作要点及失败原因。 结果 :3年内有效率为 89%以上 ,第 4、 5、 6年分别为 75 %、 5 8%、 40 % ,示第 4年以后有效率明显下降。 结论
Objective:The clinical effect of light cured resin in treating front interdental spaces was studied.Methods:116 patients with front interdental spaces were treated using acid-etching bonding technique,light cured resin and followed up from 6 months to 6 years. Results:More than 89% effective rate was found in the first three years and then gradually reduced with75%,58%,40% effective rate in 4th,5th,6th year.Conclusion:Light cured resin resin was effective in treating front interdental spaces. [
