摘要
目的为探讨与绝经后取环困难的相关因素。方法对 235例绝经后取环病例有关的取环年龄、绝经年数、术前雌激素应用以及取环原因等进行回顾性分析。结果显示取环困难与年龄、绝经年数、取环原因及术前雌激素准备有关。结论绝经后取环以断经 1年左右为好，绝经 1年以上取环前应用少量雌激素，可降低手术难度，提高手术成功率。
Objective To investigate correlative factors of surgical difficulties during IUD removal in postmenopausal women.Methods Retrospective analysis was made for 235 cases on the following items:age at IUD removal,years after menopause,preoperative estrogen application and the cause of IUD removal.Results All these four factors aformentioned were closely related to the surgical difficulties.Conclusions The optimal time of IUD removal for postmenopausal women is one year after cessation of menstration,delayed removal would cause surgical difficulty.Preoperative small dose estrogen is helpful for postmenopausal IUD removal.
