摘要
目的探讨结合雌激素对围绝经期、绝经期妇女围绝经期症状的疗效及对血脂的影响。方法对 62例围绝经期、绝经期妇女以年龄分为老年前期及老年期两组，采用结合雌激素 (CE)治疗 4周期，围绝经期症状以 Kupperman评分进行评估。用药前后分别测定促卵泡激素 (FSH)、雌二醇 (E2)、总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL C)。结果两组治疗后 Kupperman评分显著下降；两组 FSH显著下降， E2显著上升； TC显著下降， HDL－ C显著上升， LDL－ C/HDL－ C显著下降，两组比较疗效无显著差异。结论结合雌激素对老年前期及老年期患者均可有效缓解围绝经期症状，改善血脂构成。
Objective To determine the effect of conjugated estrogen(CE) on perimenopause syndrome and serum lipoprotein in perimenopausal and postmenopausal women. Methods 62 perimenopausal and postmenopausal women divided into the presenium group and the elderly group were treated for 4 periods with CE.Perimenopause syndrome was evaluated by Kupperman score.Serum levels of FSH,E2 and Total Cholesterol (TC),Triglycerin (TG),high density lipoprotein (HDL C),low density lipoprotein (LDL C) were measured before and after treatment.Results Kupperman score of two groups decreased significantly.The serum level of E2 increased and reached effective level,while FSH decreased significantly.HDL C increased significantly,while TC and LDL C/HDL C decreased significantly.The results had no significantly difference between two groups.Conclusions CE is highly effective in relieving perimenopause syndrome and regulates the constitution of serum lipoprotein.
