直肠癌切除的括约肌保存及成形术的近况(文献综述) 被引量：4

摘要 由于直肠癌切除腹壁造瘘常为患者拒绝,资料表明直肠远侧切除2 cm已足够,而肿瘤是沿系膜轴性转移很少局部复发,使临床和社会对直肠切除后括约肌保存和成形提出的需要成为可能。对高位直肠癌这是不成问题的。而中低位直肠癌的括约肌保存措施(Sphincter saving procedure)和括约肌成形手术近年来有不少论述,现将国外有关材料介绍如下。
