摘要
目的 :探讨痒疹的理想治疗方案。方法 :40例痒疹采用 2 %利多卡因加 2 %普鲁卡因联合治疗。同时与 2 %利多卡因加维生素B12 针剂及 2 %普鲁卡因加维生素B12针剂进行对照观察。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 72 .5 % ,明显优于对照组 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :利多卡因 普鲁卡因联合治疗痒疹疗效显著 ,使用简便。
Objective:To search for an ideal method in treatment of Prurigo.Methods:The combined treatment of 2% lidocainum 2ml+2% procainum 2ml given intramuscularly was used in 40 patients of Prurigo. The control groups were treated with inj 2% lidocainum +vit B12 or inj 2% procainum +vit B12 respectively. The treatment group was compared with the control groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 72.5% by statistics analysis.which was superior to the controls,and there was significant difference between treatment group and control groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:It indicates that combined treatment of Prurigo with lidocainum and procainum is effective,simple and safe.
