摘要
目的 观察高功率密度毫米波照射对大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 用二乙基亚硝胺 (DEN)喂养大鼠致肝肿瘤模型 ,以频率 2 5 .8GHz ,功率 10 0mW /cm2 的毫米波直接照射肝区和循经照射肝俞 ,每次2 0min ,每周 2次 ,连续进行 5周和 10周 ,检测大鼠碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)、γ 谷氨酰转肽酶 (γ GT)、、胆汁酸(BA)和脾淋巴细胞转化指数 (LTIS)。结果 与肿瘤对照组相比 ,毫米波直接和循经照射 10周组大鼠LTIS提高 (1.76± 0 .3 8,2 .2 7± 0 .63vs 1.0 1± 0 .0 8,P <0 .0 5 ) ,照射 5周各组转化指数提高 ,但无统计学意义 (1.48± 0 .3 0 ,1.43± 0 .2 5vs 1.0 1± 0 .0 8,P >0 .0 5 )。AKP、γ GT、BA与正常对照组相比升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与肿瘤对照组相比有下降趋势 (P >0 .0 5 )。
Objective To elucidate the effects of high powered density millimeter wave irradiation on immune function of rats. Methods Models of liver tumor in rats were established by raising with diethylnitrosamine(DEN),and then irradiated directly in liver area,or irradiated by trans meridian ganyu(acupuncture point) 20 min each time,twice a week for 5 weeks,or 10 weeks.Alkaline phosphatase(AKP),γ glutamyltranspeptidase(γ GT),bile acid(BA) and lymphocyte transformation index in spleen(LITS) of the rats were tested. Results Compared with that of tumor control group,LTIS was higher both in direct and trans meridian irradiations for 10 weeks ( 1.76 ± 0.38 , 2.27 ± 0.63 vs 1.01 ± 0.08 ,P< 0.05 ),but that for 5 weeks higher without significant difference ( 1.48 ± 0.30 , 1.43 ± 0.25 vs 1.01 ± 0.08 ,P> 0.05 ). Serum level of AKP, γ GT,BA in all radiated groups was higher than that of normal control group (P< 0.05 ) and lower than that of tumor control group(P> 0.05 ).Conclusion Local and trans meridian use of high powered density millimeter wave could improve cell immune function and inhibit the toxicity of DEN to liver.
