摘要
目的 :探讨TGF β1和口腔鳞癌侵袭转移的关系。 方法 :采用发色底物反应法测量不同浓度TGF β1作用于口腔鳞癌TSCCa细胞系及颈淋巴转移癌GNM细胞系u PA和PAI 1的活性。结果 :不同浓度的TGF β1作用于TSCCa 12h后 ,u PA和PAI 1活性与对照组相比 ,无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;而不同浓度的TGF β1作用于GNM细胞 12h后 ,u PA和PAI 1活性与对照组相比 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 0 .0 1) ,u PA和PAI 1活性与TGF β1有剂量依赖关系。 结论 :TGF β1可能与口腔鳞癌侵袭转移有关。
砄bjective:To study the role of transforming growth factor β1(TGF β1) on the invasiveness and metastasis of human oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC).Methods:Chromogenic substrate assay was used to determine the activity of urokinase plasminogen activator(u PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1(PAI 1) in OSCC cell line TSCCa and metastatic carcinoma cell line GNM treated with various concentrations of TGF β1.Results:TGF β1 at 0.5~5.0 ng/L had no effect on the activity of u PA and PAI 1 in TSCCa cells ( P >0.05);while TGF β1 at the same concerntrations increased the activity of u PA and PAI 1 in GNM cells ( P <0.05).Conclusion:TGF β1 may be a factor associated with invasive and metastatic potential of OSCC.
