摘要 在细胞生长和分化过程中 ,变异性剪接是许多基因表达过程的一部分。CD44是一广泛分布的跨膜糖蛋白 ,其基因至少由 2 0个外显子组成 ,通过多达 12个外显子的变异性剪接 ,形成包括众多剪接变异体的 CD44家族。研究发现某些 CD44的表达与人类大肠癌侵袭和转移等生物学行为及病人的预后关系密切 。
