摘要
目的 观察托里消毒散加减治疗复发性睑腺炎的疗效。方法 6 8例复发性睑腺炎患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组用托里消毒散加减治疗 ,对照组以麦迪霉素为主治疗。结果 2组患者均于短期内治愈 ,随访 6个月 ,治疗组复发率 9.1% ,对照组复发率 31.3% ,有显著差异。结论 应用托里消毒散加减治疗复发性睑腺炎可显著降低其复发率。
Objective To evaluate the curative effects of modified Tuoli Xiaodu powder on recurrent hordeolum. Methods 68 patients with recurrent hordeolum were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=34) Tuoli Xiaodu powder was utilized and in control group (n=34) Midecamgcin was taken. Results In both groups patients had been cured in a short time. Within half year, there was a recurrent rate of 9.1% in the treatment group and a recurrent rate of 31.3% in the control group, there was a significant difference between both groups. Conclusions The recurrent rate of recurrent hordeolum can be decreased significantly using modified Tuoli Xiaodu powder.
