摘要
通过近几年长征医院各类抗感染药与上海市整体用药水平的比较,抗感染药中各类药物所占比重,在100个销售额领先药中的排序情况,头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类药物在临床使用状况来探讨用药的合理性,以呼吁医药人员共同协作把好用药关,做到安全、合理、有效、价廉地用药,以提高医院整体用药水平,为病人健康服务.
Authors have exploded the rationality of clinical pharmacotherapy after comparing the prescriptions of whole, analysising the compositions of different antiinfectives, sequencing the 100 kinds of best-sell medicine and investigating the status of clinical prescription of cepphalosporing and quinolone antiinfectives. Appeal that doctors and pharmaceutists reinforce the regulation of medicine administration. Antiinfectives should be used securely、 reasonably、 effectively and economically for the purpose of improving our medicine administration in the hospital as a whole and serving our patients effectively.
