摘要
检测１７１例健康成人的脂蛋白（ａ）和载脂蛋白Ｂ、ＡＩ及总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结果表明，在健康成人中脂蛋白（ａ）与总胆固醇有显著相关性，而与其他血脂的相关性均不显著。
