摘要
高速枪弹伤后肝脏损伤的机理目前没有完全明确,比较有争议的是高速枪弹的压力波对肝细胞是否有损伤作用。为了解压力波对肝细胞究竟有无作用,本文采用培养肝细胞在体外用高速枪弹压力波致伤,观察压力波对肝细胞的作用。结果发现:1;压力测定:典型的压力波特点为双峰形,第一波较第二波压力大。2.光镜观察:伤后细胞存活率下降,出现明显结构损伤变化。压力越高,细胞死亡更多。3.其它指标:伤后细胞GPT漏出增多、MDA含量增加、ATP水平下降,峰值高的压力波所致伤细胞的这几项变化更显著。结论:本试验建立了高速枪弹压力波体外致伤模型,并发现高速枪弹压力波可损伤肝细胞,且压力愈大损伤愈重,压力波损伤细胞的能力可能与其引发自由基生成有关。
The mechanism of liver injury caused by high velocity projectiles(HVP)stilI need to be clarified,especially the role of pressure wave derived from HVP inthe occurrence of hepatic cell impairments is a disputed area,For knowingwhethcr the pressure waves can cause hepatic cell(HCs) damages,this work waspurposed to observe the effects of pressue wave on the HCs by wounding the cul-tured HCs with pressure waves derived from HVP using an in vitro model. Re-sults:1. Pressure waves derived from HVP had two waveforms,the first wavewas higher thari the second one in amplitude,2. Excepting the obvious morpho-logical damages,the wounded HCs had a decreased viability, Pressure waves ofhigher value resulted in more severe damages including degeneration and necro-sis. 3.After wounding,the HCs showed increasement of GPT leakage、MDA Iev-el,and decreasement of ATP content.The extent of these damages was related tothe values of the pressure waves, Conclusion:An experimental model used to in-vestigate the role of pressure waves was made. The pressure waves derived fromHVP can cause HCs damages. Pressure waves of higher value resulted in dam-ages of higher severity. The free radicals could play an important role in the in-jury process induced by pressure waves.
