摘要
本文在M340计算机上模拟了Fe-Cr合金Spinodal分解的动力学过程。模拟采用蒙特卡罗方法并从原子尺度上模拟了Fe-Cr合金Spinodal相变的上坡扩散。模拟计算获得的该合金Spinodal相图与实验结果吻合良好。
The kinetic process of spinodal decomposition in Fe-Cr alloys has been simulated with the aid of the compuler M340. The uphill diffosion of Fe-Cr alloy during spinodal decomposition has been investigated in atomic scale with Monte Carlo method. The computer simulated diagram is in agreement with the experimentally measured one.
