弥雾喷粉机结构参数的优化设计

摘要 本文提出了弥雾喷粉机结构参数优化设计系统,推导出了以射程为目标函数的关系式和约束条件,并对解法作了相应的说明。将该优化设计方法用于实际产品设计表明,该优化方法与传统的设计方法相比,可使弥雾喷粉机的主要性能指标射程提高3m以上,而整机尺寸并不增加。 The power sprayer and duster (henceforward abbreviated to sprayer) iswidely used in the prevention and control of plant diseases and eliminationof pests. In China, more than five handred thousand sprayers are producedeach year. Possessing good performance, about one handred thousand suchsprayers are exported to southeast Asia, Japan and Germany each year. Formany years, the design of sprayer was done empirically, thus much time wasrequired and optimization was not attained. In south China, some rubber treeshave reached 20m in height, but sprayer can only reach 18.5m. For increasingthe range, it is important to optimize the sprayer parameters. This paper introduces optimization theory into the design of sprayer. Newresults in free jet research, such as the velocity distribution on crosssectionof free jet [3,4] and the determination of the decay of velocity along the axisof free jet [2] are made use of in our design. The authors believe that theyare the first to propose an optimized design of such a particular sprayer. Ithas been experimentally verified that the range of sprayer attains 21.5m, whileits weight remains unchanged. Because the weight of sprayer, including the liquid to be sprayed, is nowabout 20kg, it needs to be reduced to make it easier for the farm worker infuture optimization design.
