简述了交通建设项目环境影响评价的现状及其有效性的影响因素和限制条件 ,着重讨论了可持续发展理论下环境影响评价应解决的问题。
A brief description on present situation in EIA of Traffic Construction Projects and its affected factors and limited conditions is given.And some problems to be solved for EIA under the sustainable development theory are discussed.
