摘要
水资源的合理利用是干旱区振兴流域经济的主要保证 ,也是促使生态经济系统向良性方向发展的关键因素。本文从分析西北干旱区内陆河流域水资源系统特征、开发利用现状以及主要的水环境问题出发 ,得出干旱区生态恢复与重建必须以水资源的合理利用为核心的结论 。
The arid area of northwest China is one of the areas that will be exploited during the massive development of west china. But the water resources in this area have been overused for a long time due to the economic profit. Cooperated with dry climate, a series of ecological environment problems are brought about which have hold up the development of economy in this area.Making good use of water resources is basic assurance of basin economy development. Based on the analysis of characters of water resource system in inland river basin, present situation of water resources exploitation, and main water environmental problems in this area, a conclusion is drawn that making good use of water resources is the core of ecological rebuilding in the arid area of northwest China. Meanwhile ,some ways and countermeasures about utilization of water resources and ecological rebuilding have been put foreword.
