摘要
中国即将加入WTO ,对中国环境服务业来说挑战与机遇共存。中国环境服务业是一个很新的领域 ,近年有所发展 ,但还存在着很多问题。中国环境服务业应充分利用加入WTO的难得机遇 ,尽快从政策、管理制度、结构、技术等多方面进行调整 ,利用内外部双重动力 。
When China joins WTO, the challenge and opportunity will co-exist for our environmental service enterprise, which is a new field and develops somewhat within recent years, but a lot of problems still exists. The environmental service enterprise oughts to use the rare opportunity of WTO to adjust the policy, management system, construction and technique etc promptly. The impetus from both interior and exterior is used to drive our environmental service enterprise to further development.
