Non and low cost option of cleaner production is focused on the improvement of industrial production management and small technological reformation,and it has such merits as low investment,easy operation and quick profit.According to recent figures,non and low cost option is account for more than 60% of cleaner production total options in China,and its implement rate is more than 80%,therefore non and low cost option play an important role in cleaner production.Its good environmental and economical benefits are showed from three practical cases.
