There are rich natural resources in Australia and New Zealand. They are successful to deal with the conflicts of environmental protection and economic development in the period of developing resources that is very useful for reference. Furthennore, the system of environmental investment and emerging capital and the contribution rate of environmental investment to GDP growth in Australia have also been introduced.
