摘要
分析了 1997和 1998年 3次围隔实验中的浮游生物结构和环境因子 ,检验加P及赤潮前后的变化和对它们的影响。采用因子分析 (FA)和关联分析 (CA) ,得出浮游植物种类集合的序列 ,根据因子分析和关联分析的前两个轴建立平面坐标 ,并用方差分析 (ANOVA)检验其差异 ,探讨加P及赤潮相关的群落结构模式。建立种类序列坐标轴 ,为确定种对结构分散的重要程度评估提供客观方法 ,并用方差检验差异确立加P发生赤潮和对照组的指示种。对浮游植物结构的排序和随后的分析揭示了加P和赤潮的相关关系。本研究对东海区的部分浮游植物的体积进行了测量 ,并用经验公式计算了单个细胞的碳含量。
The changes and effects of community structure of phytoplankton and environmental factors among 3 Mesocosm were studied before and after phosphate enrichment algal bloom. Phytoplankton community structure was characterized by ordination of species assemblages using Factor Analysis (FA) and Correspondence Analysis (CA). Two dimensional plots of first two axes from FA and CA were constructed to explore temporal and treatment related patterns in community structure. The first four axes of both ordination functions were used as multivariate descriptors for the community structure and were examined for the differences between the treatments by ANOVA. Species ordination plots and sorted rotated factor loadings provided the objective means to identify the species and divergence in the community structure. Indicator species were considered and examined for the differences between the treatments by ANOVA. The ordination and subsequent analysis revealed trends effects in the community structure before and after phosphate enrichment and algal bloom.
