摘要
对11例涎腺恶性多形性腺瘤(MPA)的组织学形态进行了初步分析。男性7例,女性4例,肿瘤部位以腮腺为多,平均年龄43.4岁。病理组织学形态多样复杂,其中7例在多形性腺瘤中出现各种类型的癌,其余4例呈癌肉瘤的表现。
The pathological features of 11 cases of MPA of salivary glands were studied,including
7 cases in male and 4 cases in female.The tumors occured mostly in parotid gland,at an
average age at 43.4.The pathological features were very complex,with a variety of carci-
nomas appearing in 7 cases,and sarcomas appearing in other 4 cases.
