摘要
房水流畅系数(简称C值),它对于房水的排出易度,阐明青光眼的发病机理,评价青光眼的治疗效果均有一定意义。由于影响C值的因素很多,C值的正常范围和病理范围也没有明晰的界限,所以国内外学者对它的临床评价已经不同于当时的认识了。为了进一步探讨C值和青光眼的关系,我们对两者的相关性作了研究,报告如下:
In order to evaluate the use value of C value(coefficient of aqueous outflow)on diagno-sis glaucoma,the correlation of glaucoma and C value was studied.On the basis of our data,we suggest to revise normal limit and pathology limit of C val-ue.The study was present that first,C value was lower then O.13 that was dangger signalof glaucoma; second,it was not proper that C value over than O.19 was normal limit;third,C value was over than O.13 that was in tersection scope.In addition,we investigated distrbution of C value and relation between C value andIOP,angle of anterior chamber,adhesion of angle chamber,field of view and course of dis-ease.
