摘要
从中国湖北建始和利川毛坝生漆中提取粗漆酶 ,应用等电聚焦电泳 ( IEF)技术分离鉴定同工酶 .实验结果表明 ,除了含有能催化多胺或多酚的氧化酶 (漆酶 )外 ,还有酯酶和过氧化酶 .氧化酶同工酶建始漆共有 18条带、毛坝漆有 15条带 ;酯酶同工酶建始漆有 2 0条带、毛坝漆有 18条带 ;过氧化酶建始漆有 18条带、毛坝漆只有 6条带 .并测定了各酶带的等电点 .
The isoenzymes in coarse laccase by extraction from raw Chinese lacquers were separated and identified by isoelectrofocusing. The experimental results indicated that there are esterases and peroxidases besids oxidases which catalyted oxidation of polyphenol and polyamine in the raw urushi. The isoenzymatic spectrum showed that there are 18 bands of oxidase ,20 bands of esterase and 18 bands of peroxidase in Jianshi raw urushi, but ther are 15 bands of oxidase, 18 bands of esterase and 6 bands of peroxidase in Maoba raw urushi. The isoelecdric points of enzymalic bands were detected.
